Mustard Fried Venison

Deer season is over and you have a freezer full of meat, so I am going to share my favorite recipe with you, enjoy:

Mustard Fried Venison

Cut a venison loin into medallions. Sprinkle liberally with Lawry’s season salt and Lemon Pepper. Add 3-4 tablespoons of yellow mustard and stir until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.

Dredge in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Fry in hot skillet. When done cooking the medallions, pour off excess oil and make a gravy using evaporated milk.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
